Individual Counseling, Entirely Online
One clinician, one format: fifty-minute individual sessions by secure video, anywhere in Texas. What changes is what we work on and how we work on it.

What I Offer
To listen and accompany you on your journey toward healthy healing and peace while building strong therapeutic relationships, offering practical wellness strategies, and focusing on proactive, stress-reducing care.

Depression
The primary focus of my practice. Flat days, heavy mornings, the slow disappearance of the things you used to like.

Anxiety and Panic
Racing thoughts, a body permanently braced, decisions that take days. We build coping strategies you will actually use.

Trauma and PTSD
Processing what happened at your pace, so it stops setting the temperature of your present.

Relationships and Boundaries
For people whose yes is automatic. Where the line goes, how to say it, and what happens after.

ADHD
Support for focus, follow-through and the shame that often rides along with both, especially for students.

Grief and Loss
For losses that are recognized and the ones that are not. No timetable, no tidy stages.

Life Transitions
Graduation, a move, a new baby, an ending. Grieving and rebuilding at the same time is exhausting work.

Stress and Burnout
Proactive, stress-reducing care so you are not always meeting yourself at the breaking point.

One clinician, one format, and a plan built around the week you actually have.
How I Work
Four approaches, chosen to fit you — not the other way round.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
We identify the thoughts that run on a loop, check them against the evidence, and change what you do next. Concrete, practical, and testable between sessions.
Client-Centered
You are in control of your therapeutic process. You choose what we open and when. I bring honest feedback, not an agenda for your life.
Solution-Focused
We spend real time on what you want more of, not only on what hurts — then work backward to the first step that is actually available this week.
Mindfulness-Based
Simple, unfussy ways to come back into your body and out of the spiral. No incense required.
Who Sessions Are For
Adults and teens. Most of the people I see are young adults in their twenties, college students, teenagers, and mothers who have been the capable one for a long time. If your parent or partner found this page for you, that counts too — plenty of good therapy starts that way.
Eight years of ABA experience in schools means I am comfortable working with teenagers and with the families around them, and I am not easily rattled by what a teenager brings.
What a Session Looks Like
- Free consultation. A short call. What is going on, what you are hoping for, and whether I am the right fit.
- First session. We go at your pace. You will not be handed a questionnaire and left to it.
- Ongoing work. Usually weekly at first. We set goals you chose, and revisit them out loud rather than quietly drifting.
- Ending well. The aim is for you to need me less, and to leave with strategies that keep working after the last session.

Practical strategies that fit the week you actually have — not the week a book imagined for you.
There Is Room for You Here
The first step is a free consultation — a short, no-pressure conversation about what you are carrying and whether we are a good fit.
